From published content to your next useful improvement
Built for business owners, website managers, and small teams, GT SEO Studio brings your sites, content, and review queue into one workspace. Start with the Free plan and move to Pro when you need a larger monthly allowance.
- Connect WordPress: pair each website with the GT SEO Studio Connector and sync published posts, pages, and WooCommerce products.
- Review content audits: check synced content for missing metadata, structure, and other practical improvements. Save reports and export them for follow-up.
- Draft with AI: generate a proposed SEO title, meta description, and body draft from the page you select and your editorial instructions.
- Stay in control: edit and approve suggestions in the workspace. Apply approved metadata separately from your WordPress dashboard.
- Work with Rank Math: use approved titles and descriptions in your existing Rank Math fields without replacing your SEO plugin.
Know which pages Google can find
The Indexing & URL Monitor brings technical URL checks and verified Google index information into your workspace. Review the two side by side so you can distinguish a page that is accessible from one Google has actually indexed.
- Import URLs your way: paste a list, upload a CSV or text file, import an individual XML sitemap, or use your synced WordPress content.
- Find technical blockers: check HTTP responses, Googlebot robots rules, noindex directives, redirects, and canonical URLs.
- Connect Google Search Console: authorize read-only access, select a verified property for your project, and inspect Google’s stored index status and last crawl information.
- Track campaigns: follow progress, recheck URLs manually, schedule one recheck after 48 hours, and download CSV reports.
- Notify IndexNow: verify a public ownership key file on your website, then explicitly submit eligible URLs. An accepted submission does not mean a page is indexed.
Google results require access to a matching verified Search Console property. Technical checks work without Google authorization. Email completion alerts are available only when email delivery is configured. Google indexing and search rankings are not guaranteed.
Turn URL checks into a practical action list
Use the monitor after publishing new pages, updating important content, or changing website structure. Import a focused campaign, find pages returning errors or blocking crawlers, and compare their technical readiness with Google’s index status. Download a CSV to share the findings with your website editor or developer.
What do Indexed, Not indexed, and Unknown mean?
Indexed means Google’s stored inspection result confirms indexing. Not indexed means Google returned an unsuccessful index verdict; read the coverage detail for the next action. Unknown means no confirmed verdict is available, including when a property has not been selected or authorization needs attention. A successful technical check alone does not establish indexing.
After you fix a page, recheck it to confirm the technical change. Google may need additional time to crawl and update its stored information. Use the step-by-step URL Monitor guide for setup and the indexing FAQs for troubleshooting.

Your review comes before publishing
AI drafts are starting points for an editor. Check factual accuracy, search intent, tone, and any claims before using them. Approving metadata does not automatically publish body text: download the body draft, edit it, and add it to WordPress yourself if you choose.
The current connector supports published posts, pages, and WooCommerce products, with up to 1,000 records per sync. Other custom post types and automatic scheduled sync are not included in this release. WordPress integration is available now; Shopify integration requires additional setup and is not currently available for self-service connection.
Questions before you connect?
Is this a replacement for Rank Math?
No. GT SEO Studio helps you review content and prepare metadata. The connector can read and update Rank Math’s title and description fields after your approval.
Will my audit score improve my Google ranking?
The content-readiness score describes checks on your synced content. It is separate from Rank Math’s score and does not measure traffic or guarantee search rankings.
Do I put AI API keys in WordPress?
No. Your WordPress connection uses the platform address and a private project connector key. AI service credentials are managed on the platform.
Where can I find installation help?
The FAQ & Setup Guide includes screenshots, installation steps, pairing instructions, troubleshooting, and guidance for applying approved metadata.
