These Terms and Conditions apply to the Gabby’s Tech website, digital store and related service inquiries. Read the relevant product description and any written service agreement before ordering. Website use and accounts
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate contact and order information. Keep account credentials private and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not interfere with website security, misuse forms, distribute malicious files or access another person’s account or purchases.
Digital products and compatibility
Our shop sells digital downloads; no physical item is shipped. Each listing identifies the included files, supported software, requirements, scope and any limitations. Check those details before purchasing. Software subscriptions, hosting, domains, installation, customization and third-party services are included only when expressly stated. Sample data is for demonstration and should be replaced and checked before use in your business.
Prices, orders and payment
Shop prices are displayed in Philippine pesos unless stated otherwise. Review the total and any applicable charges at checkout. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Download access is provided after payment is confirmed and the order is eligible for downloads. If payment or access fails, contact support with your order reference. Do not send card details or payment passwords by email or through an inquiry form.
Downloads and product licenses
The license supplied with each product governs copying, modification, use and redistribution. Some WordPress products use GPL v2 or later; other downloads may have different included license terms. These website terms do not remove rights granted by an applicable open-source license. Third-party software, trademarks and assets remain subject to their respective owners’ terms. Keep a backup of your purchased files and review your account or order email for download access.
Problems, cancellations and refunds
If a download is missing, corrupted, duplicated, materially different from its description or otherwise defective, contact admin@gabbystech.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will assess the issue and the appropriate remedy, which may include assistance, a corrected file, replacement or refund as required by applicable law. Cancellation requests depend on order status and the product or agreed service scope. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
Repair, website and SEO services
A service inquiry is a request to discuss work. Scope, fees, schedule and deliverables must be agreed before work begins. A written project agreement or accepted quotation governs the specific service. Back up device and website data before repair or development work, and share access only through an agreed secure method. Search rankings and business results depend on many factors; no particular Google position or sales result is guaranteed.
Responsible use and support
Digital tools and templates support your work but require your own review, configuration and validation. Verify formulas, data, payroll assumptions, reports and business outputs before relying on them. They do not replace professional accounting, tax, legal or employment advice. Support covers the scope stated in the listing or written agreement; additional customization may require a separate quotation.
External links and availability
External websites, software and payment services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We may update website content and product offerings. Temporary maintenance or technical faults may affect availability; contact us if they prevent access to a paid order.
Privacy and applicable law
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. These terms are governed by applicable Philippine law, without limiting mandatory protections available to you under applicable consumer law. If an issue arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any provision that cannot lawfully apply does not remove the remaining lawful provisions.
Changes and contact
